Acceptable Use Policy

Scale Summit is for marketing lawful products honestly. This policy applies to everything you enter and everything you generate.

Content you can't create

• Sexual content involving minors, or explicit sexual content of any kind.
• Impersonation of real people or brands, including deepfakes and made-up endorsements.
• False or unverifiable claims, including fake reviews, testimonials, customer counts, awards or discounts.
• Unsupported medical, health or financial claims, including claims that a product treats, cures or prevents a condition.
• Forged or counterfeit documents and goods.
• Content that harasses people, promotes violence or discriminates against them.
• Anything that infringes someone else's intellectual property.

Products you can't advertise

• Illegal goods or services, and illegal drugs.
• Unapproved drugs and research chemicals marketed for human use.
• Weapons, and anything else restricted where you sell it, unless your advertising complies with the law and platform rules.

Misuse of the service

• Trying to get around our safety checks, rate limits or credit system.
• Reselling credits or buying them for any purpose other than using Scale Summit tools.
• Using stolen payment details, or making purchases you intend to dispute.
• Disrupting the service, or accessing it through automated means we haven't approved.

Enforcement

We screen requests automatically and may decline them. If you break this policy, we may suspend your access.
