Credits are a one-time purchase, with no subscription and no automatic renewal.
Unused credits
You can ask for a refund of unused credits within 14 days of purchase. We refund the unused credits at the price per credit you paid, to the original payment method.
Used credits
Credits already spent on completed generations aren't refundable, except where the law requires it.
Failed generations
You're only charged credits when a generation completes. If one fails or is declined, no credits are taken.
How to ask
Email support@scalesummitai.com with your order number from the confirmation page. Approved refunds are sent within 5 business days, and your bank may take longer to show them.
