Privacy Policy

[LEGAL ENTITY NAME], at 8732 Snowbird Way, Parker, CO 80134, runs Scale Summit AI. This policy explains what we collect and what happens to it.

What we collect

• Checkout details: your name and email.
• What you enter in our tools: product details, benefits, audience and tone.
• Your credit balance and recent orders.
• Standard server logs, such as IP address and request times, kept by our hosting provider.

We never receive your full card number. If a card is used, the payment provider collects it directly on its own page.

Where it's stored

In this version of Scale Summit, there are no user accounts or customer database. Your balance, your recent orders and the email on those orders are kept in a signed cookie in your browser. Your name is held in a temporary checkout cookie that expires after 30 minutes.

How we use it

• To generate what you ask for and process your order.
• To prevent abuse and keep the service running, including rate limiting by IP address.
• To respond when you contact us.

We don't sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

• Anthropic, which generates ad copy from the details you enter in the Ad Creator.
• Our payment processor, once one is connected, which will receive your email and order details.
• Vercel, our hosting provider, which handles site traffic and logs.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

Cookies

We only use cookies the service needs: ss_wallet for your balance and orders, and ss_checkout for an order in progress. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies.

Retention

The wallet cookie lasts up to one year unless you clear it. We don't keep a copy of what you enter in the tools after your generation completes, other than what appears in server logs. Our providers keep data under their own policies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to how it's used. Email support@scalesummitai.com to make a request. You can delete your browser data at any time by clearing cookies for this site, which also removes your balance.

Children

Scale Summit is for businesses and isn't directed to anyone under 18.
